Steven C. Roach is professor of International Relations and graduate director in the School of Interdisciplinary Global Studies at the University of South Florida. He has published a dozen books on a variety of topics in global politics. Among his most recent are Saving South Sudan (Oxford), Moral Responsibility in Twenty-First Century Warfare (SUNY), Handbook of Critical International Relations (Edward Elgar), Decency and Difference: Humanity and the Global Challenge of Identity Politics (Michigan), and The Challenge of Governance in South Sudan (Routledge). He is the co-editor of the SUNY book series “Ethics and the Challenges of Contemporary Warfare”.
